7Days does not believe that a call center can properly serve our clients. Accordingly, we handle all calls and e-mail inquiries ourselves. The 7Days staff is available during normal business hours - M-F from 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m., EST. If another time is more convenient for you, we're glad to schedule an appointment.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, except orders received on weekends and holidays. Those orders will be processed on the next regular business day. If we are not able to process your order as usual, we'll contact you right away.
You will be notified right away if any items in your order are out-of-stock or backordered. Those items will be shipped as soon as they become available, usually in 2 to 3 weeks. While you will have the option to cancel the out-of-stock or backordered item, we are happy to recommend alternatives. Please call or e-mail us.
Domestic Orders: We will use the most cost effective delivery method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) based upon your delivery preferences. (All orders shipped to PA addresses are subject to local sales tax.)
International Orders: We can ship most items worldwide. Shipping and handling charges will vary based upon your destination. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with any item you receive, simply return it to us in new and unused condition within 14 days from the date of receipt and we will either give you an exchange or refund for the full purchase price of the goods. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Please use the shipping label provided with your order. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
At 7Days, we make it our business to ensure the privacy and security of your transactions. Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with the utmost security and confidentiality.
Secure Shopping: Orders placed on our site are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is used by vendors to ensure the security of online transactions. When you place your order on our secure server, it is encrypted and can only be decoded by the 7Days website. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Most browsers, version 3.x and later, support SSL.

Please note that 7Days reserves the right to refuse shipment on any order at any time. Orders cancelled by 7Days will not result in credit card charges to customers.
